I got shingles at 47. It sucked. Vaccines are awesome. Get the shingles one if you're old enough to qualify.

Just do pushups in the sauna or ride a stationary bike in there.

Funnily enough, ivermectin mixes well with whole milk and hot tub water. Immortality unlocked.

The good news is that recent research has shown that the new shingles vaccine "Shingrix" reduces the chance of dementia by 17%.

I had Shingles in December 2024. Fortunately, it was not bad for me. That is likely due to me noticing the rash quickly and getting on Valtrex within hours of diagnosis. I too had procrastinated getting the Shingrix vaccination. Although it can occur, it is apparently quite rare to get Shingles a second time.

I had a small patch on my waist area. I was lucky, it was annoying but not too bad and I didn’t use any meds. I do want to get the vaccine tho. Anything that could help shield against dementia lol. Just need the time off to feel like crap for a few days.

We are in the midst of a chicken pox outbreak in our community outside of Calgary, so if you’re in the age range where the shingles vaccine makes sense you might want to get on it as there will be exposure in the area for the next while.

Yup, I got it right before I was taking my board exams at around 31/32. The stress of studying all that material at once and the uncertainty of a standardized test stressed me out beyond belief (unnecessarily so it turned out). It sucked. I couldn't even wear a shirt because the touch of cloth on my skin was too painful.
Lasted a few weeks and then went away. Haven't had it since (luckily).
Get the vaccine.

So the state department has issued notice to US citizens to evacuate more than a dozen countries. All of which have airspace closed or all flights canceled.
Nice work by the administration, in support of its citizens abroad.

So lets see, start bombing Iran with no plans for
- Who takes over
- Interceptor shortages from sustained drone retaliation
- How to defend US bases in the region
- Threats to ships in the Strait of Hormuz
- How to evacuate Americans with airspace closed

I think Bibi took Trump for a ride here, that's why there is no plan. The US never had a choice, with their basses all over. Not that they wouldn't also choose to do this, but it explains why they were caught with their pants down. Bibi was ####ing them. Rape the Nation. Should be in prison.

I expect this is not a comprehensive list, but it's a decent start.

I think Trump honestly thought that they would slap Iran and Iran would immediately give into whatever demands they had. I don't think they planned for any or much resistance.
