Lightning had 2 goals disallowed but still up on the Leafs 2-0.

Leafs stink as usual. Shutout watch for Vasilevskiy as he has made 22 saves after forty minutes. D'astous has a pair of assists for the Lightning and Kucherov has one assist, his 700th career assist!

Matthews as usual doing nothing but coasting. The US players were so happy to parade him around as captain of the winning team, but truly the guy was pretty silent during the Olympics. Surely partying and flying around to visit their God has taken a toll and he's coasting this game.

I thought McBaby was getting a couple of days off. I guess they need his offense since they have no one else.

What a lovely 2 weeks not having to listen to Jack Michaels, Louie DeBrusk, Kelly Hrudey and all the other Oiler fanboys.

Ducks only get points at home (have like one more home point that EDM), Seattle and Kings a bit further behind the oiles (a handful of points), the sharks still reeling from losing to the oilers etc-

I'm assuming the Oilers are 10 points up on the division they way the competition is sneered at

Huge 3 point game in the Canucks jets game!
Don’t think Canucks are gonna catch us so probably better to get the jets out of the
picture

Coffey's parents did the hockey world a giant disservice. They gave him a name that has no D's in it for us to leave out, like in Mavi.

I really don't see how a guy who played his whole career as basically a fourth forward is supposed to be some kind of guru teaching defencemen how to defend.
