McKinnon IMO just makes a more decisive play on the puck when he’s in his own zone and that pass never gets to Hughes.

Binner was fine, the first goal was tough but it wasn't a terrible one to let in. Obviously they had the better goalie and that one save on Toews was the biggest play of the game.
Binner gives you that glove save on the Hughes one timer in OT, you have to make Hellebuyck give them one of those at least, but they never even got a good shot away. Even the non-McDavid attempts were shots with a defender between the shooter and the goal, they weren't open looks.
HEY DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO WE MIGHT HAVE BROUGHT WHO CAN BEAT GOALIES CLEAN WITH A DEFENDER BETWEEN HIM AND THE NET
... FFS.

Plenty of time for Wolf to get his citizenship. He is marrying a Canadian girl.

The silver lining is the Gaudreau jersey moment and the Gaudreau family being there and getting to celebrate in this win.
That family deserved a win of some kind

I think Connor took the "who will be the hero?" speech in the dressing room too seriously and had a thanos moment.

If he doesn’t get chopped in the hand there, what happens? The McDavid hate here is stupid. Makar deserves #### for the last play as does flat footed MacKinnon.

Also that final puck battle. He didn't necessarily do anything wrong but it looks like he could've knocked that puck away

Did the Canadian player that got high sticked not lose a tooth? The commentators said he did and that it should be 4 minute PP, he got 2 and I never heard anything of it again.

Was that him last guy back? I walked away before the replay, but when that puck came back I was yelling “get it! Get it or we’re done!” …

Why is McDavid such a selfish player who doesn't backcheck?

He made at least a few really really good defensive plays today. Quiet offensively, but really good at the other end.

Sure but he's not a defenseman.
