Hearing “double doink” made me chuckle. I’m really enjoying watching hockey without scrolling board ads and then subjected to an onslaught of sports betting advertising everywhere they can squeeze it in.

It hasn't been the best hockey game so far, but both teams look like they've hit their stride a bit now so the third period should be something else. I think Canada has this if they keep their cool.

Lucky break there. That could have been a disaster.
Bodes well for the third.

The defense at both ends is so tight, and there is so little time, the goalies are able to focus on the shooter - which means they are going to come out and cut off the angle. And that's what we're seeing.

Canada has been clearly the better team. I was under the impression that we'd be sort of weathering the Hughes / McAvoy minutes in the same way they'd be weathering the McDavid / MacKinnon minutes, but it hasn't really been that way.
