I'm watching the Ottawa/Nashville match. I get that it is cold as heck in Ottawa, but the stadium looks Winnipeg empty. This is by far the biggest match Ottawa will have this year, and there are only a few dozen people there to watch.
Isn't the game being played in Hamilton?

Habibulah needed to bury that chance in the 90th minute.
Huge news for Cavalry and McGlinchey. If he's getting a U-20 callup I would think he's going to be in line for some good minutes this year in the midfield
In ex-Cavs news, Nicolas Wähling has signed in the German Regionalliga Nordost (the 4th tier) with Carl-Zeiss Jena. They're a bigger club for that level; bigger than the club he left to join Cavalry. Anyway, I chatted with him a few times when he was here and found him to be a lovely guy.

Former Cav Aribim Pepple has scored in 4 straight games and has 8 goals in his last 11 games for Plymouth Argyle. Looks like he's really found his form after a rough few years in England.

Not sure if you guys saw it on socials, but Cavs 1st team (though not all starters) had a friendly vs Cavs Academy, winning 3-1. The lone goal for the academy scored by Tommy's son Jax.
Just watched McGlinchey make a 20 minute cameo for the U20 national team in a 14-0 win over the US Virgin Islands. Not much to say but he did dribble the ball into a defender so I think we have our Ali Musse replacement.
Seems more of a holding mid with a decent enough passing range. Couple nice diagonals
