I booked in 2024 at 365+ days in advance, but thought that perhaps they have moved booking back to only 330 days in advance. however 330 days from today is Dec 30.
It's not just one route, I checked Paris, Narita, Toronto.

They seem to do 330 days in advance, but pricing gets added manually some time later. So if you look in their calendar it says "N/A" for dates from Dec 23 to Jan 1st, which is 330 days from today. The dates after Jan 1 are just blank. I think someone manually has to add pricing. When I've looked in the past it seems to usually happen about once a week. I suspect pricing for Christmas/New Years gets more scrutiny so they're taking longer.
No insider information, just what I've observed as someone who books a lot of flights ~11 months out.

Air Canada has their pricing released over that same time period. WestJet is likely manually going in and changing all pricing to be at Y fares. That's my guess.

Westjet always manually adds it in later - I've checked on other random times (middle of october, may, etc) and there is often a week worth of "N/A" at the end of the schedule.

I don't have any tips other than to say it was one of my favourite places in SA.
We went around 2008.
I loved it.
Can't speak to safety now, but when I was there i felt very safe

I'm flying YYC to Nanaimo this summer on WestJet. Is there any way to see if we're going to get one of those planes with the awful seat pitch?

Impossible to say this far out, but just get a seat in the front half of the plane and it won't matter anyway.

Aren't they all Q400 flights out to Nanaimo? Doesn't really matter where you sit on those planes as every row is tight for space.

Local foods are amazing. great value for money.
Of course spend some time at the beaches, on each side of the cape.
Go visit the penguins and drive those amazing roads/scenery.
Have fun driving on the "Wrong" side of the road.
If you have time take a 2-day trip to Oudtshoorn.
Table Mountain, if it's clear, but get there early before the crowds.

Pearson is the ####ing worst. Trapped on the tarmac for over an hour after landing because no gate crew are working because it’s a holiday.
Eat #### air Canada.

Looooooooooooooch

Lol was that the excuse this time?
I was flying out of there exactly last weekend, also spent 1hr on tarmac, with the excuse that it was "ground crew shift change" and our luggage wasn't loaded yet.

If anyone is looking to travel for sports this year - you can check out my new webapp.
Am I allowed to shamelessly self promote? Anyways I just soft launched yesterday so if anyone has any feedback I would welcome it for sure.
