Firestick might be the problem, unfortunately.
Onn device from Walmart (Google TV) is far superior, and relatively cheap in Canada (super cheap here in USA).
Denmark beating Latvia today throws a wrench into Group C, but I think I understand all the options...
Right now, the US has 6 points, Latvia, Germany, and Denmark all have 3 points.
If Germany wins in regulation, they'll win the Group on a tiebreaker with the US. If the US loses in OT or wins against Germany, the US wins the group.
In the event of a 3-way tie, the tiebreaker will be goal difference in the games between the tied teams.
Germany scored 6 and allowed 5 against Latvia and Denmark for a GD of +1.
Denmark scored 5 and allowed 5 against Germany and Latvia for a GD of 0.
Latvia scored 6 and allowed 7 against Germany and Denmark for a GD of -1.
The margin of victory in today's game doesn't matter, so Germany will finish second in the group if they don't win in regulation today.

The other thing to note is that the semis are reseeded based on group results. So Canada will play the lowest ranked tr advancing to the semis which would be Sweden if they make it.

Yeah, hoping for some upsets in the QFs. A German win over Slovakia would be fun because it avoids possibly facing Sweden in the semi and would lead to a showdown between McPissy.
Never mind, that ain't right.
