Looks like Australia are going out. We were already inexperienced with no Demon, Popyrin or Kyrgios but with Thompson also unable to play it was always going to be very difficult on clay in Colombia.

Gabriel guts it out in a 3rd set tie-break and we are level at 2-2

They had a ceremony to celebrate Mr. Davis Cup Vasek Pospisil and Liam Draxl picked up the torch that Vasek handed over to him. Canada rallies from a 2-1 deficit to defeat Brazil 3-2 and advance to the next round of the Davis Cup.

It was a fun weekend at UBC, the tennis was excellent entertainment.

Felix wins his 9th title defeating Adrian Mannarino in straight sets. Great weekend of results for Canadian tennis!!

Not as good news for Leylah as she loses in straight sets at the same tourney. Really struggling to start 2026, might be time for a new voice on her team.

Interesting to see Vicky is playing doubles with Coco Gauff at the Qatar Open.

Vicky and Coco lost their doubles match, but Vicky did advance to the round of 16 in singles defeating Zvonareva in straight sets. Victoria gets Mirra Andreeva next.
