LOL, they make two cars now, and they both look like mushed frogs. The only reason they haven't canned the Cybertruck as well is that writing off that production line is a lot more expensive than the others, due to it being pretty ####ing new, and not having produced the 250k Cybertrucks a year it was designed for.
They also are "investing" $2 billion of Tesla investor dollars in the company Musk owns far more of, Xai, because that company has no income and is burning cash faster than an exploding Starship launch.
Stock dropping from ~$450 to near his favourite number of $420, so at least he can win that one.
He repeated his claim Tesla would have have of the US population covered by robotaxis by the end of the year(whatever that metric means). He also said this exact same thing last summer, so take that for what it's worth.
He still doesn't have a self driving system safe enoguh for Tesla to take responsibility for it's behaviours, which means he doesn't have the software to do what he claims will happen.
Because of all this, he's turned to pumping robots, which also don't have a functioning OS, and who's performance is rapidly being outpaced by other robotics companies. But sure, you'll be making robot production lines. Just like the Tesla semi production lines, or the roadster, or the 1000 Starships per year, or the Model Two he claimed was never canceled and called analysts idiots for suggesting it.
The only thing I wish he didn't lie about so much is going to Mars, because we can't get rid of him soon enough. That was supposed to be this year, BTW. They still haven't achieved orbit with Starship.
