Rule 60:

60.1 High-sticking – For “high-sticking the puck”, refer to Rule 80.

Hrudey is just to eager to praise players - maybe because he was one. An he ignores the dirty stuff they do.

You are correct about Abbott - maybe we were spoiled with Ball but Abbott just misses so much, mixes players up, doesn't know things like what a reverse hit looks like.

I also like kelly more than most but come on/ yes there is a goal to recognize but that’s on both of them I think
