DSB reporting TB is leading and are very close with the best offer on the table.
‘28 first, Bjorkstrand, and O’Reilly is the rumored package for Panarin
Panarin getting moved sooner is a positive, as I think his name being out there could gum up other activity. Get the big name off the table.
I agree that Panarin moving is a positive as it may wake up other GMs and get them moving in the arms race. It seems many of them are playing it super safe and conservative and it is going to take a big move to wake up the rest.
Thankfully, there is not much overlap between Panarin and the Flames assets. Even Coleman as a winger fills a very different role in a team and I doubt any GMs big game hunting for Panarin turn to Coleman as a consolation prize. If they want Coleman it is because they want him to upgrade the middle 6 and PK.

I'm certain there will be activity today. Multiple trades.

I would be shocked if Beniers was moved unless there was another young core player coming back, not for an older guys like that. Tampa is so stacked up front if they add Panarin. I just wonder how do they fit Raddysh in if they add another huge contract like that and he's become their star defencemen. Probably McDonough or Moser would have to get moved this summer.

I think ROR is a bigger impediment to the Flames (as far as interfering with a Kadri trade).
Coleman is a guy that any contender wants on the third line.
