Both true statements, but still having a top goalie prospect league wide would be a much better scenario than what they have.
Also, not trading players for Kulak for players like Savoie. But, I digress.

The Oilers have the 4th worst expected goals against in the league, only after Chicago, Vancouver and Washington. Chicago and Washington have Knight and Thompson. Vancouver is in the basement.
So you appear to be exactly correct about the 2/3 goalies.

Kadri and Coleman are better off sold separately. The Stars are going to need to pay a hell of a lot more to dump Seguin. They need that cap space for a Robertson extension.
Would rather sell Kadri elsewhere with teams having better assets and selling to Dallas:
Coleman (50%) and Hanley/Pachal
for
Lyubushkin + 2027 1st
Sell Lyubushkin at 2027 TDL for a 2nd + prospect if he plays well enough.
