It’s incredibly disingenuous to suggest democrats are happily passing bills to fund ICE. They don’t have control of any level of federal government. The vast majority, 207 of the 214 democrats voted against this.

Sure, but without those 7 Dem votes it was 213 - 214 vote fails.
They should at least make the weak-district republicans to on record as being pro-ICE

If you don’t know what Carney hoped to achieve with that speech, then you clearly missed the entire point of it. Trumps tantrum since Davos illustrates this point.
Quislings will be scared about what Trump said but I am sure Canada will be fine under Carney’s leadership.

The bill didn't just come out of nowhere. Democrats help craft the bill in committee and Jeffries refused to whip party votes on the matter. Had he done so, the bill would have failed.
That said, it does have to get through the Senate (again, with Democratic support), so perhaps today's killing in Minneapolis will force Democrats' hand to use what leverage they do have rather than sitting on the sidelines and offering nothing but empty words, hoping to score political points.

So the 2nd Amendment my rights will not be infringed folks are claiming the justification for this latest execution is that he was carrying a gun, which he didn’t appear to be drawing.

The hard part in watching these videos is that I'm super unclear on who is an ICE officer and who is a protestor and who is a journalist. Everyone in masks and street clothes. Not everyone wearing a vest is an officer.
At least the Gestapo had the common courtesy of wearing impeccable and snazzy uniforms, just so you could be clear on who the #######s in the room were.

The hard part in watching these videos is that I'm super unclear on who is an ICE officer and who is a protestor and who is a journalist. Everyone in masks and street clothes. Not everyone wearing a vest is an officer.
