The Kraken were down 2-0 in the first period with the goals coming two minutes apart. The Penguins second goal was a shorthanded one. The Kraken have been whacken away and have just tied it in the second period. Witherton has assisted on both of Seattle's goals. Wow, the Penguins respond quickly to retake the lead just now on Kulak's goal.

The Avalanche have a 3-2 lead over the Capitals. Lindgren is in net for the Capitals and has been making great saves as his team is being out shot 36-22 so far. Great pace to this game and Ovechkin has an assist.

The surprise final score on the OOT,
the Flyers defeated the Knights 2-1 in regulation time. Konecny scored the shorthanded winning goal in the third period!

The Canucks and Rangers are ahead 2-1 in their respective games.
