Love that ####, feels so Alberta to me

Back-to-back shutouts? Cue the fawning articles about the second coming of Fuhr/Moog in the Oilers net.

The greasers next 4 games are the 2nd of a back to back for teams coming thru Calgary first. Does anyone look at the skeds and ask any questions?

4 in a row, and didn't they get 3/4 of those in December as well? It's really unbelievable.

shut outs against the bottom 5 teams don't count. Those teams are hardly NHL teams.

The Oilers regular season record should always have an asterisk next to it.

They're 5-3-2 in their last 10 and 7-4-2 in their last 13. Sounds impressive until you look at who they've played.
7 wins:
32nd place Vancouver
31st place Winnipeg twice
30th place Chicago without Beddard
29th place St. Louis
28th place Calgary
26th place Nashville
6 losses:
28th place Calgary
26th place Nashville
24th place LA
18th place Philadelphia
12th place New York
9th place Boston
Of their last 7 wins, 6 have been against the worst 5 teams in the league and a 7th against the 26th place Preds who they also lost to. Edmonton is no good, and has a whopping 7 wins in 13 games against mostly non playoff teams.
Edmonton would be a Stanley Cup favourite if the road to the Stanley cup was through Vancouver. Unfortunately for them, it's not.

Oops, that's what I meant. The 30th place team, without their star.

Guess who's playing at home against a team on the second night of a back to back tonight? Surprise.

The amount of breaks that team gets is ridiculous. And yet so far this season they still haven’t been able to string more than two wins together, even against bad/mediocre teams. And they still suck.

Right of ways on the ice isn’t enough, they need right of ways through the schedule too.

What the actual F. I am not sure I can cheer for anything Hockey Canada anymore

Lauren Kyle McDavid will be supporting her husband in style when Team Canada takes to the ice in Milan next month. Just last year, she founded her own fashion brand named Sports Club Atelier (SCA), which is now teaming up with Hockey Canada for a brand-new fashion line that officially dropped on Thursday.

I am appalled that she will profit from this
