I may be in the minority, but I'd rather ask for another 1st than grab Lohrei. Would rather Bahl and Kuznetsov lock up the top 4 LD spots.
Peeke, 2026 1st (BOS/TOR), 2027 1st (BOS/FLA), and Poitras for Andersson (50%) and AHL/ECHL contract for balance.

I don't think Lohrei is equal value to a 1st. He is a third pairing dman.

Still young, cost controlled, and RFA still after the contract. That is worth a late 1st in my eyes. Boston also could use him with H. Lindholm usually broken.

Well yeah so would most fans I think. Lohrei doesn’t hold the same value as a first round pick.

Lohrei is not worth a 1st at this point, I would think Conny would take 2 1st's but Boston wouldn't dream of it.

I would probably prefer this as well… but I think Boston would rather not trade two 1st round picks and I think Conroy would want something more guaranteed… he seems to value players that are good bets to provide NHL games over the next few seasons in these trades. I actually like Lohrei as a player but I just want to focus more on drafting and acquiring high quality prospects while giving the players in the system opportunities to show what they can provide.

It’s funny, when conroy traded for bahl we heard all sorts of the same things. If conroy is interested in lohrei, his pro scouts see that he currently is undervalued.

Boston appears to be in the driver seat
Believes Boston is the only team with permission to talk to Andersson and they have talked about extension
Boston only gets done if there is an extension
Vegas' offer is not as strong as Boston
thinks Dallas and Toronto is around there lurking
there might still be other teams in the mix
