To Jiri’s point though, you’re not bringing anything of value to anyone besides some loling at the reactions you cause, which is short lived because you’ll just end up banned anyway. Actively participate in some real conversation instead of just coming in to throw shade and not only will you be able to throw some shade with less of a reaction, but you’ll learn how to pick your spots better.

When it’s just repetitive nonsense and taking shots at people it’s a you problem, not a groupthink problem.

*Maybe* we know the players/wives themselves, who aren't ever fully in the loop of what's going on a lot of the time

*Maybe* we know staff members who are involved behind the scenes, like HR or even as simple as graphic design/media. Let's say a deal with the Islanders was on the table. Flames care a lot and will make sure a thoughtful tribute video was ready and prepared for this afternoon's game

*Maybe* we know staff/players in other organizations that are losses lipped and are pretty open with behind the scenes details

This group of Flames management has been extremely vigilant about what gets out, especially to media types like Dreger for example. Everyone's aware of his relationship with Nonis, and Flames have made sure to only use that to their advantage. When Dreger tweets out that there's still multiple teams involved and Andersson might play this afternoon's game, that was 100% on purpose
