Yes, from what was posted in that thread, that was needed to make room for Misa. Capwages had them at 48/50 but Puckipedia has them now at 49/50.
They are definitely in that contract limit crunch.

Andersson obviously prefers Vegas, but the majority of players who go to SAN Jose end up loving it there. If you are the Sharks, you should take the risk and get the Andersson family in for the rest of this season and let the community sell itself.

I know I am being impatient and the Flames don't owe me anything.. but I am kind of exhausted of waiting now. It's been almost 6-8 months of waiting on this and I just want it to be over so the organization can move forward.
As I said, just my own thoughts but let's just get this thing done.

He deserves credit for being able to push teams to deal now before the Olympic break when most teams didn't want to do so. Everything was pretty quiet there for awhile and he got it ramped up.

That whole 'he won't know what a team or a city is like' prior to signing is complete bunk.
The NHL has a very small population and are much more in communication and more social than ever.
I'm quite certain that most if not all players know exactly what teams and cities are like at any given time.
