I hope that whatever happens, there are wildly complex draft pick conditions.
My whiteboard looks so empty since the Monahan pick finally got settled.

I wouldn’t expect anything tonight or possibly not even tomorrow but I think the cat is out of the bag at this point and it’s roaring but specifics are hard to come by so it’s air tight sealed at the moment.

Friedman:
-Boston, I definitely think they are involved. I've heard between these teams that it is on and off, on and off.
-Another team poking around is Vegas. Couldn't get a deal done last year.
-I suspect Dallas is in there too
-and I always know there are teams that I am not aware of
-the hottest situation is Andersson and Calgary
-regarding a possible extension all possibilities are on the table.
-if it happens with Boston, it screams extension to me
The bit about extension was more about a sign and trade. He would shocked if the Flames extended him for Andersson to stay.
