But how do the Islanders not cover that play the whole world knows they are gonna run??

McDavid moves until he sees a lane.

You do know that despite being no good, he has skill, yeah?

The two ####ing clowns on Sportsnet Central going on about how shocked they are when anyone can shutout the Greasepigs. Correct me if Im wrong but I think the Greasepigs have been shutout more times this season than the Flames have.

Not a game but my wife just got back from her book club and one of the participants is sister to the Panthers’ goalie coach. Apparently they had their WH visit today. Bleh.

Perhaps. But if it turns out that the Nucks draft first and we draft second, I cannot imagine another franchise that I would be more comfortable with them drafting before us - if there is any team that we can count on to completely screw up their pick, it's the Nucks.

Lane Huston second fastest D to 100 assists in NHL history - 132 games

Sergei Zubov did it in 127 (!)

So you think it’s good hockey to pull a guy outside of the play and leave McDavid a 4 on 3 to work with strong side?

What the heck, why not just go man to man and leave McDavid to the goalie

Lol

there is 20 seconds left...maybe cover both McDavid and Drai! what a concept. Be dirty about it too.

Don't let them setup their favourite play

I'll always appreciate Tkachuk for contributing to those Oiler loses and saving us from a dark timeline, I'd say 90% of athletes are not very bright so stuff like this is expected.
