Backs, wtf are you doing? That is not how you tank either. Although waiving your NMC would be really nice.

What a goal by Backlund! He should be on team Sweden.
In fact, they often get called up on short term fill ins. It's a little temporary reward.

All of the young kids have gotten as much or more opportunities as Hunt.

And yes, it was dumb of Sweeen to leave Backs off. He's perfect for international defence play.

What an effort, Backs. With his sister and nephew in the stands.

Just got back from Nephrologist appointment in SLC. A 2.5 hr ride each way for a 10 minute Dr. visit. Happily, my beans improved from CKD4 to CKD3.

Turning on the game...it looks like total fail goaltending. 2 goals on 3 shots for your guys 1 goal on 4 shots for mine...

Love seeing the clip of Backlund's sister crying after his goal.

When was the last time Dauphin was called up? In 2022?

The Flames have 35 games remaining after this one. Each one of them is a development opportunity. It's also an opportunity to find out what you have on the farm.

A guy like Kerins didn't look out of place, but was sent down so that players that were underperforming at the time in Sharangovich and Zary could get consistent top 9 minutes. I bet Gridin would look much better now that he has half a pro season under his belt.

Are 3 games enough to know what we have in Kerins/Stromgren?

Kerins totally looked overwhelmed. And Stromgren is still up and will get more games.

Reminds me of my old seats in Sec 222 at the Dome. Great scout seats.
