I'd say there is a fair amount of hyperbole there, and it could take years of continued agitation to get to that point, and would possibly start with much more tepid versions of all of these things. Especially with the global nuclear deterrent strategy being setup the way it is really incentivizing the world to pull any sane American leader back into the fold.
