they did bring a stretcher out onto the ice and they sent both teams to their respective dressing rooms with 2:03 left in period 2. That time will be played out and then they will change ends for the 3rd period.

Recap of tonight's game in Edmonton...
Jordan Switzer is the only reason the Tigers were not run out of Rogers Place tonight. Tigers win 3-2 in a shootout, Basha with the shootout winner.

Not every hit that results in a guy getting hurt is suspension worthy...The Oil Kings player put himself in a very awkward position. This is not blaming the victim, rather I don't think it was a dirty or malicious hit.

Bryce Pickford just eclipsed Kris Russell's franchise record for most goals in a season with his 33rd earlier tonight. Tigers lead 6-2 over the Oil Lings after 2 periods.

Raiders deserved the win tonight, Tigers fought back valiantly but just ran out of gas at the end. Raiders were the quicker team tonight and created a lot of turnovers with their speed.

Good to see Vaisanen return from injury last night as well as Bryz and Neutens from suspension. Basha with another fine game last night, putting him with the Ruck boys is clicking big time.

No Bryce Pickford for the Tigers tonight as they lead the Blades 1-0 after 40 minutes.
Edit: Tigers lose 3-2 in a shootout. Oh well, you can't win 'em all. Big game versus PA on Saturday night.

Tough shoot out loss after giving up the tying goal with less than a minute left.
Now they gotta play PA without Pickford.
