Excellent outcome. Also, Columbus deserved the win. They had the better 1st and 3rd, and good difference in shot (and I assume) chance differential.
What a great night for Raz’s trade value. Fight wakes his team up, scores the 2-2 tying goal.

A bad game between two bad teams. After losing so many games because of poor special teams it was a refreshing change to dominate the power plays and lose because of 5 on 5.
Backlund should not be our best player. Good game by Andersson despite the minuses. Can’t see his trade value getting any higher.

Andersson brought it tonight. I was hoping for him to finish off a Gordie Howe Hat Trick! Much more emotional game than I thought it would be, but for different reasons. Surprised at how much animosity there was tonight. I guess it is two teams really battling for points, with one of them just having fired their coach. Definitely made for an entertaining game, and that level of chippy play made me really want the Flames to win this one. Oh well, onto the next.
