I've had to do appointments at SHC a few times, it's not the worst, and at least you are almost exclusively riding freeways until you pull onto Seton Blvd.
I'd still rather go to Foothills or Rockyview myself, and just be glad you don't have to trek all the way over to the Lougheed.

I hit up the SHC regularly...it is my Hospital of preference. Ample parking and relatively easy access.

That is a very sweet deal. I basically wont go to a movie any other way.
I've tried to convince the Hospital to adopt the same policy but as such, no luck thus far.
I have gone to see a movie after having been in the Hospital. Its not gone well.

I've done the Seton VIP one time and I didn't love it. Thought I would but buddy next to me chowing down dinner and draining a pitcher of beer was more annoying than I was banking on.

Lougheed is basically a homeless shelter. I refuse to go there any longer.
I have to go to some outpatient tower. Not a clue where to go.

Looks like the revolving door of restaurant/pubs at the corner of 10th street and 2nd avenue NW will have a new Hot Pot and Boba tea (gnarly) place opening soon called Hi Pott. Was formerly Midtown, Scuba Jay's and lastly 10th Round.

Yup, the original "cursed corner" of Kensington. I feel like the spot I was talking about is becoming a second one too.

Or, if you're old, "where Broken Plate was". After that it is a blur.

I went there for a second date with the person who is now my wife when it was an Irish(?) pub. Probably 2001? I don’t think it was that for too long.

Was broken plate there? Isn't it further up 10th? Or is that gone?
I still miss Red Robin on the other side and those burgers, I had beers with Harald Hasselbach in the lounge there because my cousin was the equipment manager for the Stamps. God he was a cool guy.

Yup, sadly both of those locations are sure death for anything that goes in them. The place that had Seoul Cafe in it isn't far behind in the cursed scale either.

Yup, even Orange Theory next door has closed up shop. They need to divide those two giant units into 4 smaller ones, there are even 4 sets of entrance doors on the frontage.
