You were not joking about believing the west coast tanker ban extends down to Vancouver. Which is baffling in itself, because you should be aware we export oil in tankers from there, and that should have been enough to maybe reason out your beliefs of Canadian laws are mistaken. You are a bit like a chatbot. Wrong, but super confident about it.
