Apparently the first teaser trailer for Avengers Doomsday is shown before Avatar Fire and Ash but hasn't been officially released by Marvel on the internet.
There are some bad quality videos out there of people filming it.

I heard this in the AM, and it's actually made me consider getting a ticket. Disney you savvy son-of-b****.
I can’t wait for the Doomsday trailer but am not interested in Avatar.
Am a bit pessimistic though but should just let the Russos cook. Am worried it’s going to be a rehash of Infinity War with less developed characters, or the Avengers version of Rise of Skywalker lazily bringing back characters for fan service.

Honestly not sure how I feel about Downey's return. Even if the story can make sense, I would have preferred they kept that under wraps. Would have been such a huge surprise.
There’s actually 4 or 5 trailers. One will air each week for the next 4 weeks in front of avatar. One for each character. You can find the names online, including who is the first one.
Then there will be a full trailer reveal after week 4.
They’re hoping it’ll lead to repeat viewings of avatar to watch the trailer.
It will be a bit of bait and switch IMO but with the multiverse and Secret Wars the original avengers from alternate dimensions were always going to show up.
The movie is very clearly following the 2015 Comic Storyline from God Emperor Doom and Secret Wars, in order to get MCU back onto a singular timeline because the Multiverse clearly hasn't worked for fans and was too confusing.

I wonder how much of the post-Endgame stuff will be referenced. The last MCU movie I watched was the last Antman one, and after that I had no desire to see any others

I'd guess Loki TV show plays a bit of a role in terms of the timelines and how they were being "Culled" and that's what Doom will likely want to do too.
Outside of that I don't think there will be a lot of story carry over outside of introducing characters (The Marvels, Thunderbolts, Fantastic Four) and just the general idea of a Multiverse itself.
Isn’t the whole thing with comic books that characters don’t die forever? There’s always a new spin. That’s like, the whole thing. What’s weird about someone coming back in a new comic book movie???

"I got better."

So it feels to me like something Doomsday is planning is going to rely on the kids of the heroes.
Franklin was already important in F4. The Captain America trailer focused on his baby. Thor's trailer focused on Love. Cyclops was focused on in trailer 3...and Nathan / Cable has long been an important figure in X-Men lore.
