In additional bad news, Lindberg got cut from the roster today also, that pick position is clearly cursed 
I’ve got two guys in mind to replace Catton if he’s not released, I’d say I’m expecting scorp to pick one of them.

Where are you finding out about World Junior team cuts? I can only seem to find info on the Canadian team.

Anyone needing to replace a player we will do so in order of when that player was picked.
We will do this in a couple days at least to give guys some time to see if anyone else gets cut.
I will try and pay attention to any cuts or injuries, but ultimately your responsibility to pay attention to your team.

Really happy with my group this year, think it could be my best chance to win out of all the years I've participated:
Michael Hage — Currently lining up with McKenna, also on Canada's PP1 unit, one of the more experienced players at the tournament, snubbed last year so should have a chip on his shoulder
Anton Frondell — Sweden's top player, the third overall pick this past year, having a great season in the SHL, should get a ton of minutes in all situations
Cole Beaudoin — Seems to be a lock to be one of Canada's top three centres along with Misa and Hage, putting up a ton of points with Barrie this year, returnee from Team Canada in 2025
Jack Berglund — Has looked excellent in pre-tournament games, should be a consistent top-six centre for Team Sweden, big frame, has had a lot of success playing against juniors
Leo Sahlin Wallenius — Sweden's No. 1 defenseman, should be their primary PP quarterback, has been very good in international competition, excellent puck mover
Ethan MacKenzie — Has gotten PP reps for Canada leading up to the tournament, looks like he has a firm spot on their third pairing, has been a solid scorer with the Oil Kings
Heikki Ruohonen — Scored four points with Finland at last year's tournament, has five points in 11 games as a freshman at Harvard this season, big center who should be a focal point for the Finns
