The Lions need help no matter which scenario, winning the division is pretty important to them given how much their offense thrives inside versus outside. They avoid the tie though which would have by far been the worst case for them, would have practically eliminated them with the tiebreaker situations.

He's assuming the Packers are losing out which might happen. But the Ravens have shown nothing to be deeply afraid of, and even though Nine is probably the greatest athlete of all-time the Vikes probably don't have enough to beat the Packers. I think they'll get the one win they need.

Packers with 1 win and 1 loss gets them to 10-6-1. Lions with a win-out get to 11-6.

Packers need both wins (or a win and a tie) to clinch a playoff spot. Otherwise they need the Lions to lose a game (or tie).

Bears lose:
Lions need to win out (including a game vs the Bears)

Bears win:
Lions need to win out, AND the Packers to lose another game

Love knocked himself out. You can't drop down into that hit and not get yourself hurt.
The Bears will hit you hard, but head hunting comment can only come from Packers fan.
Caleb with probably the throw of the NFL season, a 60 yard dime in ridiculous conditions.
11-4 yet still very conceivable the Bears miss.

Love ducked his head into that hit
The only late hit on Willis was his slide, and it was malicious by any means

There was a couple on Willis that pushed the limit. One flagged, one not. That's where you have to play if you are going to be successful. The best D in the league, Texans (probably), really like to hurt people.

The Chargers definitely cross the line of being a dirty team and it works for them. The Texans not quite as much, but Al-Shahir certainly is a Rodney Harrison type.

I don't think Love ducked into that hit as much as he got knocked off balance right before which caused him to drop his head. Still Booker was leading with his helmet there 100%, and I think the NFL should do like NCAA and eject players from the game if they end up doing helmet to helmet hits when they lead with their helmet. If Booker gets him in the head with his shoulder there it's not as bad because he couldn't control where Love was. But he could 100% control leading with his helmet. So I think he should be getting a big fine. Players need to stop leading with their helmets.

I saw a kid from Montana try and lay a big hit on a Montana State guy earlier and the Bobcats player was going down and he got him in the helmet. Ended up being ejected for a hit that looked less intentional to injure than that.

Got wiped out by a penalty sadly, but watching Nine try and pull off the somersault tackle attempt on the INT return was a privilege.

Bills winning last week, getting Josh into the MVP talks, getting everyone to think it's their year with how down the NFL and AFC especially are....and then immediately #### their pants against the Browns. Sounds like 2025 NFL football to me.

Lol that was such a classic Browns sequence, drive to tie/win and after one first down it's sack, grounding and now 3rd and 32 from the 1. Of course, peak Bills would be giving up a 99 yard TD now...

Bucs in free-fall mode...brutal pick by Baker to seal the win for Panthers. Carolina now 1st in the South, would be hilarious to see them in the playoffs.

Browns beat spread, preserve draft position!! Myles got half a sack. Sanders showing some flashes despite O-Line missing 4 starters from opening day. Also helpful that Titans win.

Saw that Minshew tore his ACL today - so who's the tank commander for the Chiefs? Could end up with a top-10 pick. I tell ya, like the Avs with Makar, haha

Saints win their 3rd straight game since getting eliminated at 2-10, just destroying that Draft position as always. And their final 2 games are against Titans and Falcons, so 7-10 is a possibility. None of my teams know how to tank...

On the plus side, it also hints at they may have their QB in Tyler Shough, he's been impressive. Much better runner than I realized too.
