I miss the Hart Lariats where it would be a clothes line, but the Hart would hit it really fast and leave his feet as both men flat backed. It looked nasty as hell.

I also loved Jake's short arm clothesline.

Yeah I tend to agree. This is all just make believe, it seemed fitting enough and the show goes on without him.

I like to think Piper still had the sleeper hold locked in even while being pinned, so I'm going to count it.

Mic Foley informs WWE he will not work for them until Trump is out of office:

Absolute legend taking a stand like this. He's likely burning several bridges with certain people in the process too, but it's what he believe in. What a gem.

To be honest I've distanced myself from WWE (in part) for the very same reason. I can't get on board knowing how close the executives are towards Trump. Seeing Triple H praise Trump leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Usually I can separate personal and political views from the product, but it's gone too far in the wrong direction.

I'm shocked how obvious they are in alignment with Trump. Outside of TKO (WWE and UFC included) I can't think of another sports league that has obviously attached themselves with MAGA politics. You would figure for a company that does so well internationally would at least attempt to remain neutral.

Punk vs Breakker trading hilarious promo's. I have been enjoying it. What kills me is all the women's wrestling. 1.5 hours of it is too much! i'd rather watch some jobbers get squashed.

Me too. Aside from Cena's retirement match, I stopped watching WWE once TKO purchased them. The Trump knee bending, the ass-kissing by current WWE management, the Saudi money, the price gauging on fans, the right-wing propaganda arm... simply not a company I want to support. We are a loooong ways from the best WWE era (IMO), which were the black and gold NXT days. Watching Triple H get booed to high heaven after Cena's match on Saturday was refreshing.

AEW is what I watch; the wrestling is just as good, if not higher, quality anyways (the women's division is lightyears ahead of WWE's right now too). Tony doesn't do the dumb political #### that TKO does, either.

Some of their biggest names are currently women, I think that's just the way it is going forward.

It's fine by me, their matches are just as good (or just as bad) as a lot of the mens stuff these days.
