I keep thinking back to how good the NXT editions were and how most of the main roster versions have been decent to garbage and it was pointed out that NXT wargames matches get weeks to months to prep for them while Main Roster editions get the same amount of time as any other PPV match. It shows.

Cena vs Dom was good, fans are in a rage that Cena took finishers from Woman.

The woman's war game match in my mind was awful and a big part of it was removing the Shark Cages, instead you had situations where a team was taking a beatdown and the newest entrant had to take 5 minutes to get to the ring and they had to do a posing entrance on the way. Also I love IYO but that spot just looked stupid where the girls stood in the middle of the ring for like 3 minutes while she setup the trash can dive.

The Bella SV match was just boring and low energy. I mean Nikki looks fabulous, but this match should have had a higher pace. It felt like a Raw match.

The Men's War Game was ok, there was more of a sense of urgency, but Jay calling out the Carmella Dance break was just dumb in a grudge match.

It just wasn't a good night of wrestling.

LA Knight needs to win this tournament and go over Cena (heel turn). I'm sure it won't happen and Gunther will add another accolade to his record. It's like Cornette says that will be a "Hat on a hat". It won't benefit Gunther to face Cena is his last match. Knight needs that spot, and he has beef with Cena which can add to the story.

Knight could easily be a top guy in the WWE, and is the odds on favourite to win The Royal Rumble. Since Breakker isn't in the tournament, Knight is the right choice. WWE needs to stop with the predictable booking. It feels like the last surprise was Uso winning the Rumble a year ago. Brock didn't need to beat Taker at Mania, Gunther doesn't need to with John.

Raw was surprisingly good, but what can I say, I like the judgment day, Bron Breakker, and Gunther.

WWE needs another heel desperately too.

Turning Knight heel and having him go over Cena would be best for business long term

Bron Breaker is awesome, but he is Shayna Baszler bad (in fact he almost sounds like her) on the mic. More Haymen, less Breaker on the mic please.

edit: haha, as I say it, he finishes strong on his Punk promo. (Watching last night's Raw now)

I was going to respond to your post with a "What you talking bout Willis" after he pulled off a really fired up promo.

RIP Larry. I know how much Punk and AJ Lee loved their beloved mutt.

That's what I get for posting while watching. You got my live reaction. Bron has been bad on the mic, seriously talks like Baszler, but the last half of that promo was awesome!

I haven't been watching Dynamite, but I saw the clips of Jack Perry Biting Okada's crotch to escape a pile driver? My god WTF is going on. IT's been a while since I was this excited to hear what Cornette has to say.

Is SNME on Netflix tomorrow?

If not, where can we watch it in Canada?

I'm not sure if it's true or not but I saw somebody on Twitter say it's on WWE's Canada YouTube channel.

Usually they had them on NBC but I remember trying to find the last one on November 1st and not being able to find it. I was so depressed with the Blue Jays losing the World Series that I never bothered looking for it elsewhere.

Cena being selfless in his own last match is outstanding, absolute class

I see people complaining but that's always how this was going to end, he was always going out on his back tonight.

If he was winning it would have been against Orton or Styles or someone like that.

I get why Cena had to lose the match. But tapping out? I would have preferred him to be pinned.

Also surprised there was no moment with Kurt getting into the ring and shaking Cena's hand after the match. With Kurt refusing the handshake in 2002, there was an opportunity there to go full circle on that story.

It just didn't seem right. It was like they had more to do but not enough time to do it so they ended it early. I don't know... I didn't like how they executed it.

They would have had enough time if they hadn't spent some of it on the Miz nonsense.

I thought the tapping out was meant to be him reflecting that he's done.

He knows the career is over, he's fought his fight, and his tapping is a sign of him accepting that.
