I also had a great experience with Summit Legal Group, although I worked with a different lawyer than the one mentioned earlier in the thread. Costs will be very much dependent on the scope of services you are looking for, but they provided a quote up front before services were offered. For my family it was ~$1000, but that was 4-5 years ago.
