This looks fun. They're peppering in more adult humour a bitt to entertain parents (or the adults that grew up with SpongeBob).

I want to like it but even the trailer feels kind of cringe.

Interesting consistent use of Cee-Lo's song considering the allegations against him...

Honest mistake. Carry on.

Trailer still looks like crap though.

Love.Love.Love. This is so worth seeing on the big screen. Josh O'Connor was brilliant and Daniel Craig was stunning, as usual.

Elijah Wood seems to love these kinds of roles these days and he does so well with them.

And Sarah Michelle Geller doing Buffy moves?

Looks so good.

I dont even know what to say anymore. It looks like its going to be terrible.

Once again, the dog is doing most of the comedic heavy lifting.

The only chance it's good is if it channels its inner GotG. Has a bit of that vibe so maybe there's a chance?

I've come to see superhero movies like all the other genres.. it used to be they were events and almost must see, but that was because for a while they were mostly all pretty darn good.

Now I just decide to see them or not just like every other genre.. based on if they're good or not. Just because there's a bad comedy or romance or action movie I don't wan't them to stop making them, I just want them to be better.

Yes the trailer had a GotG vibe with the music. But very hard to get excited about the movie itself based on what we saw there.

That run from Hulk to Endgame was brilliant. Stand-alone films with an ongoing arc that led to one of the greatest superhero story culminations.

They tried to replicate it and failed with Kang and now it's all disjointed.

DCEU is starting to put out a more interesting product with Gunn at the helm. And while I'm interested to see where it goes there's also significant burn out with the genre lately.
