The Voice cast alone is mind-boggling. It’s like 40 A-listers.
As usual it’s absolutely phenomenal. Ken Burns never misses. I want Peter coyote to narrate my life story someday.
I've watched almost all of Burns' documentaries the man is a master and his voice-cast is, as you mentioned, absolutely top-notch.
Peter Coyote, Paul Giamatti somehow get Liev Schrieber in there to narrate my life story and they'd make my otherwise unexceptional life seem fascinating.

If you thought this season would have a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.
But you'd have to set a VPN to 'Murica and sign up for something called 'Passport' which tells me that a giant red light and siren go off over Trump's head and then he sends the National Guard to find you and disappear you off the coast of Venezuela...
Better off stealing it. Much safer that way...fewer 'International watch lists' and the like.

Watched the puff daddy documentary on Netflix, Sean Combs The Reckoning. Overall it was a pretty good overview of what happened not only during the recent court case, but his rise into the entertainment mainstream. Good to see them dig deep into his role in the deaths of both Tupac and Biggie which I think most people who were into 90s gangsta rap knew he was involved but never had a true deep dive into it.
Dude is the ultimate piece of #### and looks like he's grooming his son to be the same as his future heir.
The new Jeff Buckley documentary is excellent. A fascinating glimpse into his short life and career, and also a devastating portrait of a young artist cut down in his prime just as he was about to burst out huge. Sad story, but worth the watch if you're a fan. Dude was incredibly talented.

I liked how they had a bit of a history lesson about the early East/West scene. Had no idea he put on a celebrity basketball game and people got killed.
The semen collection thing was gross as hell.

Yeah that was nasty. Not to downplay the seriousness of the sexual assaults he did, but in a series full of nasty stuff, that was near the top.
I didn't know much about his life other than he was a terrible rapper, but he totally is cut from the same cloth as a Weinstein. Like Weinstein he was the gatekeeper to a having a career and had the power to make or break you.
That seems to be it. They did more harm than good.
Not quite what I was expecting, but still really good. Quite a few poignant moments in there, especially towards the end.
It set out with a goal to get some larger answers without ever really expecting to get those answers. In the end it was a good examination of law vs ethics with a plea for empathy.
I'd recommend this one.
