Also as per that rule, teams CAN exceed their cap to sign any players under the first come first served rule.

What sort of details should be included in the email? (AHL salary? etc) I have a feeling I might have jumped the gun a bit this morning.

I believe in the Pony Power

The contract amount has to be 750K so include number of years and AHL percentage.
Though since its first come first served, it would only make sense to offer 10% AHL as there's no reason to offer more.
