Kuznetsov vs Parekh's path is a good reminder to people about why physical maturity and experience playing against men matters for the vast majority of prospects.
Nobody will argue or try to compare Parekh's skill level and hockey IQ to Kuznetsov's, but it's been clear as day how much more NHL ready Kuznetsov has been because of the other reasons. If Parekh had a year in the AHL, I bet he would have come into the NHL on fire.

Agreed. You could see it with Brzustewicz as well, it took him some time to find his game in the AHL.
