I think the fine should be $1000 to start, but if you put on your hazards and do it, it should be a multiplier of ten (so $10,000 for those bad at math). There has been a silver Nissan parked on 6th Ave by the courthouse every day this week around 4:30. The driver is stopped there and I'm assuming is waiting to pick someone up. But it is a no stopping/parking zone. I'm actually surprised so many people are so patient with that driver because I've never heard anyone honk while I'm walking down that block.

We’ll just got home and of course someone parked with hazards. I’m grumpy because it is backing up stuff for blocks and mostly city busses. I go around and park in front and get out and walk to the window to talk to the guy. He’s got that stupid fataing face that he knows he’s being pos but is. I says you cannot stop here because the sign says that. It doesn’t say “no stopping… unless you are a c-word. Are you a c-word?”

It is even more wild when you think about how resource intensive bananas are in both land/water resources and labour. A plant takes 12 months to grow before harvest and it only fruits once and needs to be cut down.
