I only got to watch the 3rd period, but I thought Kerins was really good. He has something that you can't really teach, extremely high hockey IQ. Always in the right place, making smarts plays, and great vision of the ice. Kerins deserves to be on this team long term.

Flames should sign McDavid.

I know the Sharks have beaten some good teams this year, but it’s going to be an effort to keep them out of 32nd.

It's part of the process especially with young defensemen. It's why fans need to be patient with Parekh.

Tuned in to see the new shiny thing Sharks.

Witnessed the worst team I have seen this year. It wasn’t the Flames.

1 shot in the first period? 6 after the second? I could do that. By myself.

I think it's different.

They have a really bad defensive core but their young players aren't bad 200 ft players. With the Oilers their young players didn't know how to play defence, not the case here with some of the Sharks.

Celebrini has Crosby like underlying stats when it comes to puck battle wins, takeaways, defensive impact etc.

I don't think Eklund and Smith are terrible in their own end either.

It's more that they have a terrible d-core.

Ferraro - Klingberg
Orlov - Liljegren
Dickinson - Desharnais

I think Ferraro is the only guy reliable in his own zone right now from that group, maybe old man Orlov but he's lost a step.

i know a team with an available defenseman that could help them.

The young guys coming up are all ready for the show. If the outlook doesn’t change. Which it probably won’t. It’s probably time to start making room for some of them.

Moving Andersson, Sharangovich ect

He said high danger chances were even...that is laughable. Score obviously flattered the Sharks give your own head a shake. If a Flames lost a game like that by one goal you guys would be saying they got totally dominated and Wolf kept it close. Not 1-0 is about right

Best possible outcome. Flames win, Wolf gets a shutout, and we stay in 32nd.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with the Sharks. I know it’s just one game, but as a fan of the game of hockey I left feeling pretty underwhelmed by what I saw. It wouldn’t surprise me to see them fall back to the bottom of the standings by the end of the year.

As much as I want the Flames to finish dead last, it's always nice to see the players feel good after a win.

They actually had a few gaping net tap in chances that didn't count in the stats because there was no actual shot - the puck just got deflected or rolled away from them before they could touch it.

It's pretty crazy the Sharks or the Oilers didn't pick up Kuznetsov or Soloyiev off waivers. Well too bad and you can Kuz for a 1st and 3rd rounder now.

Solo is not really an answer for any team's defensive shortcomings. He's being fed ozone starts in Colorado and is still underwater.

Kerins looks just like David Arquette in that video still.

I will give you that there aren't as many DERP moments from the forwards, but I do think they are flying the zone earlier and not supporting the Dmen who are struggling to get them the puck up ice at times.

They must be trying to out tank the Flames.
