Young player plays good - give credit to the young player
Young player plays bad - blame the coach.

It's bad coaching when you only do it to your young players.
That none of the regular veterans are held to the same standard is terrible coaching to me.
Sets a poor precedent.

I've really been impressed with Kuznetsov. No glaring errors. Crisp first pass. Rubs opponents out of the play effectively. Ya, I like him. Hope he stays up!
