Ikea automatic blinds. Both are bricked within a few years.
Wyze doorbell camera. Our other wyze cams still work okay (but not great), but the doorbell cam/chime basically stopped working.
I think we got most of them for free, but Google Home units. Like most smarthome things they were handy for a while , but now they #### up more often than they work. Nest thermostats still work fine, but they kind suck, too.

Outdoor furniture. Wife insisted we buy a hanging egg chair for my daughter. She's sat in it twice.
My wife got one of those hanging egg chairs too, she uses it a lot but it's really tippy so have to have a bunch of sand bags on the base which makes it impossible to move around to avoid the direct sun.
So will be looking for something similar but with actual legs that can stand by itself.
Fortunately it was just a cheap one.
But agree with the outdoor furniture. We got one of those large square patio umbrellas which was great in a dead calm, but the way the neighbourhood is the wind really funnels past our back deck so it always felt super sketchy as it battled the wind. We used it maybe twice before replacing it with a build in pergolino (like a pergola and an awning had a baby).
My #1 thing these days for non-trivial purchases if I have any kind of doubt if I'll love it.. I get a cheap one off Facebook or Amazon or whatever. If I really use it a lot for a few years then I'll consider replacing it with something expensive.
Even the deck table and chairs we got was a really nice rattan set that I found for an awesome price but we didn't use it much and it takes up so much space... If I'd paid full price for it I'd really regret it, where I could probably put it on Facebook for what I paid for it easily and get something else.

...
But...How do you get the pergola and the awning to have sex? Do you have pics for the outdoor furniture fetishists amongst us? We are nothing like that indoor furniture creep JD Vance. Pervert.

I'm pretty sure they reproduce asexually in a factory in Asia...
Fire table is a good one. Used it twice, I think. Genuinely terrible.
Yeah I got one during Covid for family gatherings outside. I think we used the fire twice. It still works fine as an outdoor dining table but I could've got a much cheaper table without the fire part.
Another regret is getting the AWD version of the Sienna. Not regretting the Sienna itself but the AWD version has runflat tires that are very expensive, very heavy, and the tire pressure monitors have to be reprogrammed every time you switch between winter and summer tires. Of course you can't reprogram the monitors yourself, even tire change businesses I've tried haven't been able to do it, I have to bring it in to the dealer and pay an extra $75 every time for them to do it.
My 2026 resolution may be mentally getting my head around owning a used hot tub, as there sure seems to be a few folks in this city ready to offload one...I'm ready for this regrettable decision.

Hot tubs are great. Just don’t get one if you think you will use it sparingly. I use mine every day.
I actually didn't buy it. I got it for free. My sister got it for free but her husband, who criticizes her for her weight and how she looks, doesn't want her spending time working on herself and made her get rid of it, so my wife agreed to take it.
I had to completely dismantle it, load it in my truck, and re-build it at my house. It collected dust and supported hockey sticks and hockey gear for about a year before my wife agreed to let me get rid of it.
I took pics and dismantled it. Gave it to a friend whose daughter wanted one... I think he's regretting getting it now too as she has left town to go to school.
A whole lotta work to have something sit in the way and waste my time.

Sounds a lot like....
And then when he tried to return it..."keep driving..."

If you thought this season would have a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.
Hot tubs being mentioned is funny because mine was included when I bought my condo and have been using it more as it has gotten colder out. And in lieu of a fire table, we bought a standing propane patio heater that we can wheel around, which makes getting out of the hot tub nicer as well.
