It may have been one of the greatest series and games of all time, I still can’t bear to watch a single second of replays, celebrating or interviews.

Other than few clips of interviews that happened to be in the background yesterday I haven't watched anything and don't plan on it. I unfollowed everything baseball related on social media too.
As soon as Barger was thrown out I turned the channel because I knew it would have had to take a bad throw for Kirk to beat the throw.

Seen a couple clips of the dodgers parade on social media, despite trying to avoid it. None of the ones I've seen have shown any class or humility. D**chebag Hernandez (Kike) has to be the worst, swearing, stealing connor mcgregor's lines about apologizing to no one etc. What an assclown that guy is. His claim to fame was getting bodychecked by Pages. I hope he catches a line drive to the face next year. Some of these baseball chodes are about the cheesiest dbags I've ever seen, yet they think they are real originals. I bet he and Snell are a blast to hang out with...

Also heard Snell made some kind of '6-7' reference as they won games 6 and 7. For those who don't have teenagers, that's the most nauseating meme among kids right now that means absolutely nothing. Naturally, Snell thinks it's witty.
Good thing eye-bags can throw a baseball. Otherwise he'd be finishing his shift cleaning toilets at his local motel 6 right now.

Yep, I can't stomach that guy. I think the team as a whole is pretty unlikeable but he's one of the worst. It goes all the way back to his Red Sox days. Idiots like him don't deserve to have success.

Shouldn't they be a bit embarrassed that the BlueJays took them to 7? The supposed super team didn't look all that great outside of Yamamoto saving their asses when he pitched.

Snell is the classic case of getting an A on a project where he didn't do anything.
The Dodgers should really be worshipping the ground Yamamoto walks on. He is the reason for 3/4 wins. He bailed out everyone's pitching.

Absolutely. Post-game rhetoric from them is 'we found a way to win as a team'. No, you had a pitcher that saved your *ss and got some luck.

Remember DBacks-Rangers? Of course you don't, cause no one cares about a neutral series. We always claim we want parity and all that, but the ratings don't lie, we love teams to hate like the Dodgers.

Only been a few days, but thoughts on how Game 7 should’ve realistically ended in the Jays favor?
Like the 2010 Olympic Men’s Hockey Final, you really didn’t think it would end with a non descript Cory Perry goal in the middle of the game.
Throughout after the Bo HR, and even after the tacked on insurance run in the 6th from Giminez, I never thought that it would end with either of those hits/runs being the WS winners.
Of course other things could have happened earlier in the game or someone hits a HR in the 10 etc, but given the way it all played out.
8th with Clement and 2nd and 0 out. If one/ a combination of Giminez, Springer or Schenider get him in, and have a 2 run lead in the 9th and probably don’t cough up 2 in the 9th, and win. More “boring” but plausible.
9th - Varsho with a hit or sac fly, to be the hero?
Or, Clement with a single or Pages and Hernandez make harder contact and fall?
Given those scenarios, probably Ernie. Would’ve been a tougher call then for WS MVP given his hits record and WS winning hit, but MVP probably would’ve still gone to Vlad.
Or does it happen in the 11th? Kirk instead of a DP knocks in Vladdy to tie it and then Barger on 2nd or 3rd. Would be Varsho up again with 1 or 2 out. Or does Kirk HR?
Out of all those, for the baseball game reasons and then the feel good story that would be written in history, I just see it as an already fan favourite in Clement winning it in the bottom of the 9th, with some sort of hit with two out bases loaded bottom of 9th of a World Series.

I keep thinking about Kirk's dropped ball on strike 3 too that eventually led to the Dodgers getting their first run. Hold onto that then the homerun on Hoffman doesn't matter.

Yeah I get it there’s lot of things that could’ve happened in the game earlier. Also things such as bases loaded for Jays, no runs in the second inning. 2 men on with 1 out on 4th. Same, no runs.
All of those situations, if changed and Jays get 1 or 2 more runs there, would’ve affected pitching and personnel decisions later and it doesn’t maybe end with as much drama.
But I’m talking about that with the game winding down, and the scenarios that were right there in front of everyone that would’ve finished the game; what seemed the best opportunity to win, combined with the single highlight you’d see for eternity from this WS win?
Just like Carter in 1993, Nixon bunt in 1992. Gibson HR in 1988, Florida walkoff in 1997 etc. A Clement hit to score Barger.

Yeah the bottom of the 9th felt like where the story was supposed to be written.
And it feels like Clement knocking in the run then would have been the story that fit this team.
An unsung hero that was a bit of an unknown coming into the season - breaks a bunch of playoff records for offensive stats in a playoffs and then knocks in the winning run.
That should have been the moment.

The Clement moment is the one that haunts me. It would have been perfect.

As someone who has been harsh on Roberts over the years he pushed all the right buttons in Games 6 & 7. If he didn't put Pages in then Clement probably would have been the hero. It's hilarious watching Kike play that ball, he was completely turned around and I don't think he catches it if it comes down to him, but Pages was there to bail them out.

I remember mentioning it during the game too saying it was too bad it happened. I was hoping it wouldn't end up being a factor but it ended up being one of many.
I remember getting a sick feeling in my stomach when Yusavage gave up his homerun that the Dodgers would get another one to tie it. I wasn't surprised when Hoffman coughed it up but figured it would be Ohtani that would do it just to kick Blue Jays fan's balls again for missing out.
