Well, start the offseason thread. Need a closer and a fire baller starter next year.

Love Kirk, but the amount of times he hits into double plays is almost supernatural

Hopefully with time we can all look back and enjoy this run.
But the fact they were so close multiple times. The Giminez line-out for a critical insurance run, the play at the plate, the Ernie deep fly. That #### is going to haunt all of us.

I really enjoyed the run with all of you. These threads were great. We had disagreements but we were all here to root for the team and support each other.

It's been a pleasure.

Well, yes, I imagine that's basically what it's like to be a Toronto sports fan generally.

They were just on the wrong side of a few close plays too many times tonight.

Awesome effort, they went down swinging. This was a dream run, so much fun.

Kirk is a good enough contact hitter, you gotta send Barger.

Both games end with Barger out at 2nd.

If IKF was a size 12 shoe or broke to the plate 0.5 seconds earlier that would’ve won the game since the catchers foot was off the base.

This one will haunt for a long long time.

It's hard to think of a more painful baseball loss in recent memory, they had so many chances to bury them and they didn't. Might legit be the peak of Toronto sports pain, which is saying something.

Just too many chances to score where they didn’t. The clement lead off doubke and hen twice you have bases loaded and ine out and neither time do you score. Just let the dodgers hang around long enough for the long ball to come into play.

Yamamoto 3, Blue Jays 3, Dodgers 1. I've never seen one player win a world series before, but Yamamoto just did. He's the best pitcher in world right now as far as I'm concerned
