I think they'd have to do Ohtani and then Glasnow - if they bring Ohtani in as a reliever they lose the DH.

Why do you need a DH with ohtani pitching ? He is the DH

If Glasnow starts Ohtani is the DH. Then Ohtani comes in as a relief pitcher and they lose the DH. Then if they want to take him out as the pitcher he can't hit any more unless you move him to a different defensive position (eg outfield) and then you're trying to avoid letting the pitcher bat with substitutions.
