Yup, my wife fully rejected "I think you should leave" a few years ago. So I was trepiditious about starting it, but she's really enjoying the weirdness. I'm still trying to figure out how they can make a series around it, but I'm in for the ride. The mystery box has my attention.

I hope this woman shows up at some point and helps him take down the evil chair company...

Chad Powers on the Disney Channel. It started out shaky but really found its stride by the end of season one. It also has a really solid cast in it.

Slow Horses...

6 episodes? WTF? They just flew by! Season 5 was really good too, I just finished E6 and realized the season was over!

If you thought this season would have a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.

I find it humorous that the female lead, Perry Mattfeld, is actually married to a former QB who was also great in college but became linked with one embarrassing and infamous play just like Chad Powers in the show.

And now even more infamous with Sanchez's recent altercation and stabbing.

I am only 1 episode in but so far its great.

Essentially...a plane full of dangerous prisoners crash lands in Fairbanks, Alaska and the local Marshall has to catch them.

Theres more to it, but find out for yourselves.
Have enjoyed about 5 episodes so far - enough to keep going. Not the best show ever, but there are good plot twists.

Spoiler!

The show was made in Quebec - the wilderness does not look much like Alaska. And the CIA office looks like Dundler Mifflin.

Watched Brand New Cherry Flavor on Netflix, and really enjoyed it. Not much depth to it, but I would very strongly recommend it for fans of weird horror and pitch black humor. Starts a bit slow and I felt the ending was somewhat underwhelming, but it has good actors, looks good or at times even great for the budget, solid writing, unique ideas and sufficiently unexpected twists, and some very pleasantely messed up moments.

It's a show you'll remember watching, which is not what you can say for most things on streaming

Welcome to Derry is insane in every aspect. Grotesque, intriguing, mortifying, horrifying, and entertaining as hell.

It is not for the faint of heart, and there was a lot of "What in the hell did i just watch" said.

all that being said, can't wait for next week

The Chair Company is great.

Classic unhinged Tim Robinson dialogue but in Curb Your Enthusiasm scenarios.

I'm two episodes into the current season of The Witcher, I only have a vague idea what has transpired the last three seasons, and who are all these other characters... But what's more is I don't care enough to go back and do my chapter review homework

Hemsworth is fine.

It's amazing how badly Netflix bungled The Witcher IP.

They dragged it out too long?

There is some lazy writing.

for example, buddy's eyes post crash.

Clearly they had been rebandaged at the hospital, but nobody noticed the lack of trauma to his eyes or face at the time of rebandaging?
