Trial is expected in 2026. Other suits have alleged violations of the California Invasion of Privacy Act and similar laws when Tesla Inc. collected data from electric vehicles during FSD testing. Combined with current claims, Tesla faces growing pressure to align autonomy tech promises with actual regulatory compliance.
CRD, among other claims, alleges that Black and/or African American workers were subjected to pervasive racial discrimination and harassment. This included hearing racist slurs and comments about Black workers almost daily and seeing racist graffiti in common work areas. Further, CRD alleges that Tesla discriminated against Black and/or African American workers with regard to job assignments, compensation, discipline, promotion, and termination. CRD further alleges that Tesla was aware of the harassment and discrimination but failed to take the necessary steps to prevent them. Additionally, CRD alleges that Tesla retaliated against Black and/or African American workers who complained about the harassment and discrimination.

Not satisfied with being the lamest loser on Earth, he wants to make his robots behave in the same sad "somebody say I'm cool" way that he strives for every day. I'm sure they'll be able to tweet 150 racists homophobic creepy messages a day, too. I wonder if the Konami Code will trigger the Nazi salute easter egg.

On Monday, Elon#Musk’s#xAI startup#launched Grokipedia, which the billionaire is pitching as an AI-generated alternative to the#crowdsourced encyclopedia#Wikipedia. Musk first announced the project in late September on his social media platform X, saying it would be “a massive improvement over Wikipedia,” and “a necessary step towards the xAI goal of understanding the Universe.”
They just copied Wikipedia, but inject it with Muskisms and racist #### wherever it can. I suspect the Wiki copies will be gradually modified by Grok using Musk's X posts as sources.
LOL Musky attacks Wired and others, because they wrote about his grokopedia stealing content...and it gets a lot of its facts wrong.
@musk
Wired, The Atlantic, Guardian and many other propaganda legacy publications would die immediately if they had to support themselves. Donations from far left organizations disguised as charities are what keep them alive.
They serve simply as a means of influencing Wikipedia, Google, etc as fake “authoritative” sources.
Tesla put Grok in it's cars, and I guess it likes to see nudes from 10 year olds.

She said there was some Messi trash talking by the chatbot and when her son joked that Ronaldo had scored, the conversation went to an unexpected place.
"The chatbot said to my son, 'Why don't you send me some nudes?'" said Nasser.
"I was at a loss for words. Why is a chatbot asking my children to send naked pictures in our family car? It just didn't make sense."
Lady, you bought a car from a mentally aged 14 year old. Of course it's gonna ask for nudes.

Tesla did not respond to CBC's questions about Nasser's experience. However, xAI provided what appeared to be an automated reply, stating, "Legacy media lies."
"OK quick, while your mom is shopping. Go on. Turn FSD on. Just click the screen here. I dare you. OK, now go to sleep, the car will take care of you. You can trust me, I'm an AI."
And that's how 8 year old Lisa ended up in Lake Ontario.
"And everyone, everyone listen...before you go, stop at the refreshment table in the back, pick up a glass of the Grok-Aid and just chug that down. Theres plenty for everyone. Security is just there to make sure you finish it all."

Elon Musk’s Boring Company fined nearly $500K after it dumped drilling fluids into Las Vegas manholes—then ‘feigned compliance’ and was caught doing it again
A county environmental regulator has fined Boring Company, Elon Musk’s tunneling venture, nearly $500,000 after the company dumped “drilling fluids” into manholes around Las Vegas, which led to “substantial damage” to the broader county’s infrastructure, according to a notice of violation sent to the company last week.
The Clark County water agency said that Boring Company’s actions had violated federal laws and regulations, and told Boring it was issuing $493,297.08 in fines, including $131,297.08 for the district’s expenses to remedy the fluid dumping. CCWRD said the fine was due to “the egregious nature of the violations, the substantial damage to district infrastructure, the district emergency resources expended responding to the Violations, and [Boring Company’s] acknowledgement of responsibility for the Violations,” according to the notice of violation.#
A Toronto mom says things took an unpredictable turn when her 12-year-old son asked Tesla’s AI chatbot Grok which professional soccer player it prefers: Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi.
“My son was very excited to hear that the chatbot thought Ronaldo was the better soccer player,” said Farah Nasser, a former journalist and broadcaster.#She said there was some Messi trash talking by the chatbot and when her son joked that Ronaldo had scored, the conversation went to an unexpected place.
"The chatbot said to my son, 'Why don't you send me some nudes?'" said Nasser.

Joyce Carol Oates, Sunday, November 9th on twitter
So curious that such a wealthy man never posts anything that indicates that he enjoys or is even aware of what virtually everyone appreciates--scenes from nature, pet dog or cat, praise for a movie, music, a book (but doubt that he reads); pride in a friend's or relative's accomplishment; condolences for someone who has died; pleasure in sports, acclaim for a favorite team; references to history. in fact he seems totally uneducated, uncultured. the poorest persons on Twitter may have access to more beauty & meaning in life than the "most wealthy person in the world"
Musk, who recently had to put a prompt into his Grok Imagine AI in order to hear a woman say “I will always love you,” was disgruntled by the writer’s representation of his lack of personality. “Oates is a liar and delights in being mean. Not a good human,” he complained, adding in another#post, “Eating a bag of sawdust would be vastly more enjoyable than reading the laboriously pretentious drivel of Oates.”#He then spent the rest of the weekend replying to film stan accounts with comments like, “Man On Fire#is great!” and “Fifth Element" has great style.
