They don’t really have them in Ontario either.

Can you set up an account ahead of time or do you have to do it when one of the time windows opens?

Chinese zombie are different than normal zombies. Many were supposed to be enchanted to go home to be buried in their home towns instead of being unburied in a foreign land.

I bought all my Halloween candy tonight - in my bright blue Superstore reusable bag, because that seems important atm - and realized after unpacking it into my pantry that Halloween is on Friday, and I won't be home until too late. Hope the early bird kids show up by 5 to take it off my hands or else I'm gonna get so fat here.

That would probably be me. 40km in all residential areas makes way more sense with the goals of playground zones than the 30/40/50 current splits.
The goal is to ensure collisions occur at less than 30km/h. So 40k and slamming on the brakes covers this.

Can we all agree to never use the term Spooktacular ever again?
I think Bonavista problem is they have massively wide feeders where it feels uncomfortable to go slow. They need the bollards or curb changes to slow people down. Throw in some bike lanes!

Sure, but everyone rolls up. My town switched to 40 on most residential streets and streets with schools, which just means people are in your ass if you’re going 49.

They don’t really have them in Ontario either.

They do in parts. Niagara has them. Mississauga has them. I'm sure they exist elsewhere.
My first ever speeding ticket was in a school zone off the 427/401.

The time window IS for creating the account, not for actually sending in the passport application

I have a lot of reasons not to want to ever move anywhere near Toronto, but by far the driving is the biggest. Every time I go there I watch in wonder how so many humans can subject themselves to so much misery every day.

I constantly do that.
Some guy brought in a box of logs, so I did the Brad Pitt "What's in the boxxxx????" plea from Se7en and no one knew what I was talking about. Nary a laugh.
