36 18-hole round and 12 9-hole rounds this year. Most rounds since 2015 when I still worked at a golf course. Best round this year was 83 (four times).

Handicap took a beating this year but I attribute that to getting used to the greens at a new place. Sitting at a 13.8 index to finish the year.

Wanna play one more end of year tournament with us on Saturday (or anyone here)? 4th dropped out. We could win it all and it's always an absolute blast. tee off 1130, swag bag, snacks, beer and after round BBQ and raffle/winner reception. It's supposed to be a "bad weather /condition tournament", but Saturday is supposed to be 12 degrees!

This is probably the wrong thread, but does anyone have a buddy who gets unreasonably mad when you say no to a golf outing? Sorry man, I don't want to join the boys trip.

No, that's weird.
Your friend needs to find friends who like golf. None of my close friends golf, so I found people who do.
Your friend needs to find people who share his hobbies, not force people to do them.
Making new friends as an adult is tricky, but life is too short to not do the hobbies you want or expect others to fit into your hobbies.
