Yeah, my brain kinda short-circuits (more than usual) because it’s hard to admit this is real. The cognitive dissonance is agonizing.
Nothing is going to be okay.
Trump is not “losing control”. Yes his brain is addled, but he knows what he is doing in spite of that. Miller and the gang are making sure of that. The part of his brain that concocts evil is just fine. If nothing else it’s worse. Everything MAGA set out to do is going according to plan.
They’re going to get the House, all that stuff Kirk said about the Civil Rights Act, etc. was just a way to normalize this.
The copium/hopium from the YTers and podcasters isn’t helping as much as they like to think, imo.
Until the MAGAs are willing to acknowledge the source of their misery, we’re cooked.

The MAGA brain at work here...this convo is about blowing up boats with Venezualan citizens onboard is ok because
UN Ambassador Mike Waltz claims Maduro is an "illegitimate leader," citing the fact he was "convicted in the Southern District of New York."

Hey there galaxy brain who else might a conviction make illegitimate? If thats the standard.

The Gestapo was originally an amalgamation of several police agencies primarily based in Prussia before it turned into the same umbrella as the SS run under Himmler to eliminate enemies of the party (which included Jews). The first concentration camp, Dachau, originated in 1933 to imprison political enemies a few months after. The camp liberated in Band of Brothers is a subcamp of Dachau and what it became.
You don't have to wonder, Germany of 1933 is not that different from the US of today and Germans still believed they were a democracy at the time, until they suddenly weren't.

Constant talk of mid-term elections going to change things up is cute. It's like history isn't learned or is forgotten, 'can't happen here' while it's already happening.

Looks like Ole Mitch McConnell fell again after being asked by a protester if he supported ICE. He should have retired years ago. I’d suggest term limits but rules no longer apply anyway.

This entire experience has been like a real life multi year horror movie scene where you’re screaming at the TV for the person to NOT follow the scary noise because they are very obviously going to die.

Thing is, not all of MAGA are outright Nazi's/White Supremacists. Cause yeah there's hardcore white supremacists in MAGA who want Jews eradicated, but there's also a strongly pro-Israel element in MAGA too. For now it's been able to coexist, but eventually one of the those groups is gonna have to find a new home.

Maybe they disagree on Nazism but they can probably all agree on fascism.

Yes, and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea is a democracy, it's right in the name!

I'd be pretty surprised if the Nazi element is gonna be cool if Jews are running the fascism, or vice versa. But as long as Trump and Co can keep them libs owned then it probably keeps the movement in harmony, even with rifts looming.

There are no pro-Isreal elements in MAGA. There are lots of hardcore evangelicals who "support" Isreal because Jerusalem plays such a big role in their end-time prophecies, but they don't give a #### about the Jewish people. They're a tool for their own faith and to pit against Muslims, nothing more

MAGA is a Nazi bar now. They haven't distanced themselves, more and more are embracing it. If they continue to co-exist it is only because logic and reason have no place in a Nazi bar.

This is from today. They are deeply weird and I have no idea why the Dems quit calling them weird.
RFK Jr: "Today the average teenager in this country has 50% of the sperm count, 50% of the testosterone of a 65 year old man. Our girls are hitting puberty 6 years early ... our parents aren't having children."
Dr Oz: "Turns out that about 1/3 families don't have the number of babies they desire. They're under-babied. So this president committed to address that during the campaign and he's delivering on that today."
Dr Oz: "Now I know what you're all thinking, and you're probably right -- there's going to be a lot of Trump babies. And I think that's a good thing."
Q: Some pro-life conservatives have religion objections to IVF. What's your message to them?
TRUMP: I don't know about their views of that. I'm just looking to do something because -- pro-life, this is very pro-life. You can't get more pro-life than this.
