When it comes to football operations yes. She hired a GM that Vrabel didn't think was ready in Carthon. If you are going to hire your own GM (what exactly did she know about what makes a good NFL GM?) and force him on the HC that had success despite limited talent, you better know what you're doing. A season after letting Vrabel go, she then fires Carthon anyway basically confirming Vrabel was right. She's been a complete disaster as owner.

I don't think that's fair, under her watch the Titans went to the AFC Championship a few years ago and were constantly in the playoffs and had the #1 seed but Henry broke his foot and ruined their season. If Henry didn't break his foot they might have won the Superbowl that year.
The franchise has been a complete dumpster fire ever since we traded AJ Brown. That was the turning point and it's been terrible ever since.
Hopefully Cam Ward is the real deal, his play so far hasn't been great but he's in a terrible situation.
