Yeah, that was my expectation walking in there. I bought a donut with buttercream icing. There was absolutely no butter in the icing. It was just junk. I threw it out.
There's a place for lower-end stuff and I'm perfectly happy with good, cheap stuff. This donut wasn't good at any price. I wouldn't eat it if it was free.

I was curious if they were using fake butter or something, but I don't even see a butter cream on their menu(nor ingredients or nutrition, for that matter)

Popeyes is definitely an exception. Helps that they’re legitimately one of the best fast food fried chicken places.

Where is a good place to get good rotisserie chicken? I find that I'm just getting tired of places that are trying to re-invent the 'Fried Chicken Wheel.'
